K.O'NEAL do not accept any returns without prior authorization. Authorizations are only issued by a K.O'NEAL employee via email confirmation and will be only generated after reviewing required support information and a determination has been deemed a "Manufacturing" or "Factory" defect. We are not responsible for damages during shipping, but we will gladly assist you in filing a damage claim with the carrier. Any approved returns will be for exchanges or shopping credit. No refunds will be issued for returned merchandise.
